When I was a junior high school student, trying to surprise the family
I repaired this broken spring, and made the time signal start to sound again. However, in this small home, all the family were frowned at me
as the time signals were too noisy to sleep in the nigh.

中学生のころ、ゼンマイが切れて時報を告げるボンボンがならなくなったまま使っていた掛け時計を、家族の皆を驚かせてやろうと、一人留守番をしている間に切れたゼンマイをつないでボンボンが鳴るようにしてみたが、この狭い家で夜中に時報がボンボン鳴るとうるさくて寝られやしないと顰蹙を買ってしまった。
